THE EDIBLE CAMPUS
2013

Grow Warwick: Future Foodscapes was a performance installation on the University of Warwick campus that imagined its transformation into an entirely edible campus. Working with students and academic faculty (Dr Susan Haedicke and Professor Rosemary Collier) the campus was mapped into thematic growing zones. An allotment corridor available to all was plotted crossing the entire campus. Students contributed with food sculptures, pop-up greenhouses, paintings and interactive installations on a day of awareness-raising held onsite. Landscape gardener Camille Fréchou and Sarah Harper edited an edible campus map.
